Concepts are associated realtime with neurons firing together and when done often enough a permanent neural link occurs. Perhaps you mean this software to simply be a digitised copy of a subset of an individual's brain -- that is what you're getting at here. But for what purpose? It's not helping you generate ideas, simply making you copy them down so you can show other people. Far more critical is software which would complement existing brainstorming software -- have you used some of the stuff already out there?? -- and help in doing things like resource estimation, task breakdowns, time planning, etc, to realise the idea. Unless it's only ever planned to be in the abstract world of analysis -- in which case a tool is needed to help the thinker to structure the thoughts appropriately and academically in such a way that it can be interpreted by relevant academics/community members.
