Awareness

Found the following quote :

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tantra#Relation_to_Yoga

Though the paths of Tantra & Yoga are contrary,[18] they do intersect at some common philosophies and goals. During his discourse on Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, Osho tries to differentiate between these two paths by saying,

“Yoga is suppression with awareness; tantra is indulgence with awareness.”
